If not, stop by Club West Headquarters, and pick up a registration form to receive your FREE ID card.

If you are new to Club West, you may participate in daily program until you receive your ID card. Once your ID card is issued, you are required to have it for daily attendance.

There is a $5.00 fee for a replacement card.
