GOT ID?

If not, stop by Club West Headquarters (1125 Riverbank Road, West Sacramento), and pick up a registration form to receive your FREE ID card. You must return the form at least 3 days before an event to recieve your ID card on time.

If you are new to Club West, you may participate in daily program until you receive your ID card. Once your ID card is issued, you are required to have it for daily attendance.

There is a $5.00 fee for a replacement card.
